THE MODERN WOMAN: EFFECTIVE, TARGETED ANTI-AGING PROTOCOLS, Dr. Vladlena AVERINA; ANTI-AGE Magazine °30, Page 90-93

Modern women demand natural-looking results at realistic prices, but also want to spend less time achieving this. In my experience, the Pluryal® range provides one such anti-aging protocol with visible, long-lasting results via just 2-3 procedures.

It is difficult to optimize rejuvenation with only one therapeutic treatment. However, by combining treatments (peelings, boosters, biorevitalization and fillers), the results can be enhanced.

Rejuvenative protocol for young skin (30-40 years old)

Superficial peeling + a sterile solution composed of vitamin C, phytic acid, kojic acid, pyruvic acid and morus alba, 3-4 procedures at 7 to 10-day intervals; and a skinbooster composed of hyaluronic acid 18mg/ml with glycerol 20mg/ml in microboluses, 1-2 procedures at 3 week-intervals, in one session.

I use the solution with vitamin C and 4 acids (tyrosinise inhibitors) to homogenize the complexion and combine it with injections of skinbooster composed of hyaluronic acid stabilized with glycerol – recommended in the mid and lower face via deep papules and microboluses. The advantage of this combination is to rehydrate, stimulate collagen production, accelerate skin regeneration, stimulate angiogenesis, and generate an antioxidant action.

Using the aging morphotypes classification, you can choose a comprehensive individual correction protocol that produces both short and long-term results.

Correction Program: tired morphotype

(normal skin type, prone to dryness; mild ptosis, dark circles, visible tear trough)

Glycolic peelings (up to 70%) can be combined with Pluryal® mesoline Refresh and Tight - once a week with 4 procedures in total - and Pluryal® Booster – once every 3 weeks. During the final procedure, Pluryal® Classic (off-label use in the tear trough) and Pluryal® Volume (midface) are also applied.

Correction Program: wrinkled morphotype

(thin, sensitive, frequently dry skin; fine and deep wrinkles; slight tissue ptosis; moderate to severe photoaging - hyperpigmentation, actinic keratosis)

Lactic, phytic or kojic peelings can be combined with Pluryal® mesoline Refresh (for wrinkles) and Pluryal® mesoline Shine once a week with 3-4 procedures and Pluryal® Booster – once every 3 weeks. During the final procedure, Pluryal® Classic (wrinkles) and Pluryal® Volume (temple and midface) are also applied.

Correction program: deformative morphotype

(Excessive subcutaneous fat deforming face contours, neck folds, baggy lower eyelids, overhanging upper eyelids; visible sagginess; deep nasolabial folds converging with marionette wrinkles)

Glycolic (50-70%) or salicylic peelings can be combined with Pluryal® mesoline Bodyfirm (lower third), 2-4 procedures; Pluryal® mesoline Antiox will be applied once a week. During the final procedure, Pluryal® Classic (nasolabial folds) and Pluryal® Volume (lower and midface) are applied.

Correction program: muscular morphotype

(Well-developed facial muscle expression with low amounts of subcutaneous fat; pronounced high cheekbones; ptosis of upper eyelids; prone to pigmentary disorders)

Lactic, phytic or kojic peelings can be combined with Pluryal® mesoline Antiox (for wrinkles) and Pluryal® mesoline Shine once a week, total of 3-4 procedures and Pluryal® Booster – once every 3 weeks. During the final procedure, Pluryal® Classic (tear trough, wrinkles) and Pluryal® Volume (temple and eyebrow line, midface) are applied.

Treatment protocols based on aging morphotypes enable us to achieve natural aesthetic correction that enhances individual features and reduces the signs of aging. This kind of holistic approach provides long-lasting clinical results.
